Hehe how is everyone doing? Have you all of you been working on your Bio Meme’s? I just have to make sure, ask and remind all of you. Now if you need help or have any questions ask me here. I want everyone to finish up there meme’s and just others to join ^_^ So get to working!

And remember old members; if you don’t finish your meme’s by the end of the year, you are always welcome to rejoin. SO DON’T FREAK! Hehe just take your time and get things going. Can’t wait to see all of your meme’s!

It has come to my attention that few people have been getting upset with the Bio Memes and are not going to be able to finish it before the deadline. What all of you members have to understand, is that everyone has to do this; myself included. So if I don’t finish it myself, I cannot be part of the club even though I run and own it. I mean hell; I'm doing 101 things, if not more, for this club and others. I even have a contest running on my own personal site and I seem to have the time for everything and more. So I think that all of you can squeeze in the Bio Meme into your time.

This only goes to show the Admin’s and I, who would be able to deal with long terms events that, will be happing in the future. Think of this as a test; if you cannot pass the test, this only shows that you are not responsible with deadlines and making them. The club is getting every serious from now on. We don’t know what any dead members or inactive members holding the club back. So it goes with me saying once again; if you are having a hard time with this, don’t bother doing the Bio Meme.

I'm not trying to be mean even though I sound like I am; I just want the club to run like it should and for a long time. So active members are going to be needed; rules are going to be changed and enforced; and the Admin’s and I will not allow the club to die ever again.

One more thing before I go.

Some of you have asked if they couldn’t make the deadline, will they be able to rejoin? My answer would have to be yes. Some of you are making it seem like you will never be able to get into the club ever again. That isn’t what we are trying to get at or do. We want to clean the club of dead and inactive members. We don’t want to kick anyone out, so we are just leaving it to you. But that doesn’t go to say that some of you have deleted your bios from your galleries; that right there kicked yourself out. Dead links in the club do not work for us. If you delete anything from you gallery it will be deleted from the club as well. So about 12 of you deleted your bio which instantly kicked you out of the club.

Sorry but that is how it goes and I don’t have time to be messing around with some of you. So get your Bio Meme’s done and if not it was nice having you.

So today we had a club meeting that lasted about 3 hours. Around 12 girls and one boy came to the meeting and we talked about things to get the club back into running order. One of the main things we talked about was cleaning out the club of inactive members and having everyone redo their bios. This means I, you and anyone that is part of the club will have to remake their bios.

Now before you go off and make them or start to complain. First thing is; I’m going to be posting a Bio Meme. Everyone that was part of the meeting agreed that it would be easier if the club had a bio guide line; so a Bio Meme is what we are going to have. I will be posting one by the end of the night and everyone is welcome to get started on that.

But please note that everyone that is a member will have to finish theirs by the end of the year. If you don’t finish yours by the end of the year; you will be kicked out of the club till you can find the time to fill out your bio meme. I think that is fair seeing as the Admin’s and I don't want inactive members floating around and not doing anything.

So the dead line is set for the members; everyone else will have to just start up one or redo anything they might have done before this was set into plan. If you do not agree to any of this and it makes you unhappy; right now I don’t really don’t need for you to whine and cry in my ear. I have a lot of things I need to doing to make the club run better and I don’t have time to babysit crying babies.

I already see the people that I have on hold for joining will be upset but there is nothing I can do for you. All I can say is that I'm sorry to have pulled this out of nowhere; but you have to see that the club has been dead for half a year because it was unorganized. I don’t want that to happen again and with the New Year it will help the club get a new start.

Now side from all that said; by the end of the week I will be posting anything that the club talked about in the chatroom/meetings. I don’t want to leave anyone out and I want this club to work more as a group then as an individual team.
